Steakhouse Garlic Potatoes Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Butter  Red Potatoes Garlic Salt and Pepper

Cut potatoes into bite-size pieces, placing them in cold water as you work to prevent browning. Once all potatoes are cut, rinse well under cold water to remove excess starch.

DIRECTIONS

Keep the potatoes in cold water until ready to cook. Drain thoroughly before cooking so they brown better and the seasonings stick evenly.

Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika, then toss well to coat evenly.

Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are fork tender. Sprinkle with more paprika, stir to combine, and serve with barbecue, chicken, or beef.
