Only 8 minutes to make perfect poached eggs when you make them in the Instant Pot. Poached Eggs are super easy to prepare and you will have perfect poached eggs every time!
Add one cup of water into the bottom of an Instant Pot, then place a silicone sling inside. Arrange five silicone egg poacher cups on top of the sling. Brush the insides of each egg cup generously with melted butter.
Crack an egg into a ½ cup measuring cup, then carefully pour it into one of the prepared molds. Repeat this process until each egg cup is filled. Lightly season the tops with salt, pepper, and dried parsley to add extra flavor.
Secure the silicone sling handle by snapping the lock in place. Close and lock the Instant Pot lid, ensuring the valve is set to Sealing. Press Manual and set the timer for three minutes, staying nearby for the quick-release step.
Once the timer beeps, use a long spoon to carefully move the valve to Venting. Allow the steam to fully release and the pin to drop. Open the lid, then promptly remove the silicone egg cups and place them in a large bowl.
