Crock Pot Meatloaf

Crock Pot Meatloaf recipe made with a tomato soup sauce is an updated recipe from my mom. Serve this easy crock pot meatloaf recipe with homemade mashed potatoes and a vegetable side.

INGREDIENTS

Italian Bread Crumbs Egg Diced Onion Sweet Red Pepper Minced Garlic Salt Black Pepper Campbell's Tomato Soup

– Prepare  the Funfetti Cake & Cupcake mix as directed on the package adding  the ½ teaspoon to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. – Fill cupcake papers ¾ full.

MIX

Mix all of the meatloaf ingredients except the tomato soup in a large mixing bowl until combined well.

Shape the ground beef mixture into a loaf that is a size that will fit inside your crock pot.

SHAPE

Place the meatloaf into the crock pot. Pour the tomato soup over the meatloaf. The tomato soup becomes a delicious gravy.

POUR

Cook 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low or until the meatloaf is cooked through in the center. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
