Begin by cooking the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels. Cook the sausage in the same skillet, breaking it into crumbles. Drain well. Thaw the hash brown potatoes and preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, and sour cream. For a smoother texture, blend this mixture in a blender until the cottage cheese lumps are gone. Fold in the cooked meats, cheddar, and all the Swiss cheese.

Add the thawed diced potato hash browns to the bowl and fold into the egg and cheese mixture. Pour into the grease baking dish, bake for 45 minutes. Then top with the remaining cheddar and bake until melted.

Remove the bubbling casserole from the oven  and allow to cool slightly before cutting into squares and serving. Serve with toast and juice.
