Crock Pot Spaghetti Squash is so easy to make and so much cheaper than buying frozen spaghetti squash from the grocery store. Serve the cooked spaghetti squash with your favorite pasta sauce.
Scrub the outside of the spaghetti squash thoroughly to remove dirt. Place the whole, uncut squash in a large slow cooker, add 1 cup of water, and cover with the lid.
Cook the squash on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, or until the skin is tender enough to pierce easily with a knife or fork. Carefully remove the hot squash with tongs and let it cool until safe to handle.
Slice it in half lengthwise, then scoop out and discard the seeds and stringy
center. Use a fork to scrape the cooked flesh into spaghetti-like strands.
