Instant Pot Chicken Tacos

Instant Pot Chicken Tacos are easy to make with only 3 ingredients. The shredded chicken taco meat can be used to make tacos, burritos, taco salad or chicken nachos. done in 30 minutes or less!

INGREDIENTS

— Skinless Boneless  Chicken Breasts — Envelope Taco  Seasoning — Salsa — Water

Place skinless, boneless chicken breasts into the Instant Pot insert. Add salsa, water, and taco seasoning. Use a fork to mix everything together, making sure the chicken is evenly coated with the seasoned salsa.

DIRECTIONS

Secure the Instant Pot lid, ensuring it is fully locked, and set the pressure valve to the closed position. Select the Manual or Pressure Cook setting and set the cooking time to 5 minutes.

Once cooking is complete, let the pressure naturally release for 2 minutes. Carefully quick-release remaining pressure using a wooden spoon, then open the lid facing away from you to avoid hot steam.

Allow the chicken to rest for about 8 minutes, then shred it with two forks. Serve the juicy taco chicken in warmed flour tortillas or your favorite taco shells and toppings.
