Scribbled Underline 2

INGREDIENTS

Unsalted Butter Cream Cheese Granulated Sugar Pure Almond Extract Pure Vanilla Extract All-Purpose Flour Powdered Sugar White Chocolate Chips

Beat the sugar into the cream cheese mixture for 1–2 minutes, then mix in the almond and vanilla extracts. Add the flour in two additions, blending fully and scraping the bowl to ensure a smooth dough.

INSTRUCTIONS

Divide the dough into three equal portions. Leave one plain, then tint the second with red gel dye and the third with green, mixing each until no streaks remain. Wrap all portions tightly in plastic wrap. Chill the wrapped dough for at least one hour.

When ready, preheat the oven to 350°F. Let one dough portion soften slightly before loading it into the Spritz cookie press. Press cookies onto an ungreased, cooled baking sheet and bake 8–10 minutes until edges are lightly golden.

Cool briefly on the sheet, then fully on racks. Wipe and cool the sheet between batches and repeat with remaining dough.
