Ingredients  

  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar-Free Simple Syrup
  • ½ cup of mango slices or fruit of choice

Instructions 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Pulse until the fruit is chopped up to your liking. The less you pulse the bigger pieces of fruit you will have in your frozen yogurt pops.
  • Pour into ice pop molds.
  • Freeze overnight before eating.
