  • Preheat the oven to 375 Fahrenheit.
  • Slice the Brioche bread into cubes and set aside.
  • Dice the apples and place them in a bowl with the one tablespoon of lemon juice. Toss the apples well with the lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • Add one teaspoon of McCormick Good Morning Breakfast Seasonings Apple Cinnamon and the brown sugar to the bowl of diced apples and toss well. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl whisk the eggs, whipping cream, vanilla extract, and one teaspoon of McCormick Good Morning Breakfast Seasonings Apple Cinnamon.
  • Place half of the cubed bread in the bottom of a 9 x 11 baking pan.
  • Spread half the cubed apples over the top of the bread.
  • Sprinkle half the diced bacon over the apple pieces.
  • Pour half of the egg mixture over the ingredients in the baking pan and sprinkle ½ teaspoon  McCormick Good Morning Breakfast Seasonings Apple Cinnamon over top.
  • Repeat layering the bread, apples, bacon and egg mixture in the baking pan one more time with the remaining ingredients.
  • Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of McCormick Good Morning Breakfast Seasonings Apple Cinnamon over the top  of the breakfast casserole.
  • Set the baking pan aside for 10 minutes so the bread can absorb the egg mixture before baking.
  • Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until the custard has set. See recipe notes for more information on baking times.
  • Remove the breakfast casserole from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature before serving.

  • Baking times with vary depending on the size pan you use. If using an 9 x 13 baking pan bake for 35-45 minutes and check to see if the center is set. If not return to oven for an additional 10 minutes.
  • I used an 8 x 11 inch baking pan and I bake this smaller pan size for 55 minutes.
