Preheat the oven to 375 Fahrenheit.
Slice the Brioche bread into cubes and set aside.
Dice the apples and place them in a bowl with the one tablespoon of lemon juice. Toss the apples well with the lemon juice to prevent browning.
Add one teaspoon of McCormick Good Morning Breakfast Seasonings Apple Cinnamon and the brown sugar to the bowl of diced apples and toss well. Set aside.
In a medium bowl whisk the eggs, whipping cream, vanilla extract, and one teaspoon of McCormick Good Morning Breakfast Seasonings Apple Cinnamon.
Place half of the cubed bread in the bottom of a 9 x 11 baking pan.
Spread half the cubed apples over the top of the bread.
Sprinkle half the diced bacon over the apple pieces.
Pour half of the egg mixture over the ingredients in the baking pan and sprinkle ½ teaspoon McCormick Good Morning Breakfast Seasonings Apple Cinnamon over top.
Repeat layering the bread, apples, bacon and egg mixture in the baking pan one more time with the remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of McCormick Good Morning Breakfast Seasonings Apple Cinnamon over the top of the breakfast casserole.
Set the baking pan aside for 10 minutes so the bread can absorb the egg mixture before baking.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until the custard has set. See recipe notes for more information on baking times.
Remove the breakfast casserole from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature before serving.
