Italian Dressing is very easy to make with olive oil and a few seasonings. This dressing recipe also is a great meat marinade.

Ingredients  

  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  • Measure all the ingredients into a mason jar.
  • Shake well and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
  • Refrigerate leftover dressing
