Crock Pot Chicken Chili Mac is the easiest chicken chili recipe I have ever made and tastes delicious! This chicken chili is packed full of big chunks of chicken, beans and pasta.

Ingredients  

  • 2 lbs. chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
  • 3 cans cans red kidney beans and liquid
  • 1 can can stewed tomatoes and liquid
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup elbow macaroni
  • shredded cheese

Instructions 

  • Place the first 7 ingredients into a 6-quart crock pot.
  • Cook for 3 hours on high or 5 hours on low or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Add the elbow macaroni to the crock pot and cook for 30 to 60 minutes more or until the pasta is tender.
  • Sprinkle each serving with shredded cheese.
  • Makes 4 servings
