Ingredients  

  • 2 lbs ground beef browned and drained
  • 2 envelopes Chili-O chili seasoning or other chili seasoning
  • 28 oz can peeled whole tomatoes or diced tomatoes
  • 30 oz cans dark kidney beans or two 15 oz. cans
  • 15 oz water

Instructions 

  • Place all the ingredients into a 6-quart crock pot and stir well.
  • Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve over a bed of white rice if desired.
