Mix the brownie mix following the package directions. Set aside.
In another bowl mix the Orange Funfetti cake mix following the directions.
Line a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Spray with cooking spray.
Spread the brownie mix in the pan.
Next spread the Orange Funfetti cake mix over the brownie mix.
Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 30-35 minutes until a tooth pick inserting into the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and cool on a rack for 10 minutes.
Spread the marshmallow fluff over the top of the slightly cooled but still warm cake layer.
Allow cake to cool completely.
Spread frosting over the marshmallow fluff layer.
Scatter the candy pieces over the frosting.
Refrigerate for an hour before cutting.
