  • 1 ripe but firm avocado
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of half a lime
  • ½ - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • pinch ground red pepper flakes to taste
  • pinch salt and pepper

  • In a bowl with a fork mash the avocado.
  • Add mayonnaise, lime juice, red pepper, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Whisk or beat with a hand-held mixer until creamy.
  • Add the olive oil and beat on high for two minutes.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings.


  • Refrigerate leftover Avocado Aioli
