Weekly Meal Plan 16 for October
Monday - Use a store-bought rotisserie chicken. Remove the breast and slice. Then make a simple romaine salad with cubed beets and walnuts. Top with the chicken and drizzle poppy seed dressing over the top. (Or use your favorite dressing).
Tuesday - Oh, you are gonna love Idahoan Premium Steakhouse Potato Soup. Be sure to have some oyster crackers on hand, because you can’t have potato soup without them. Can you?
Wednesday - Crock Pot Garlic Herb Chicken cooks your meat and potatoes all in one crock. It’s super easy, yet full of flavorful goodness.
Thursday - The kids will love this Smothered Beef Burritos from Cooking Mimi with a garden salad.
Friday - Plan to eat out
Saturday - This Grilled Vegetable Frittata from Feeding Big doesn’t take long to make, and is both comforting and full of flavor. Dish up a side of tomato & cucumber salad.
Sunday -Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff from Parenting Chaos served with a crusty French bread is warm, creamy, and full of comforting goodness.
