Weekly Meal Plan 15
Monday – This all-in-one dish is flavor-filled, Creamy Lemon Pasta with Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes from The Rising Spoon! Have with some garlic bread.
Tuesday – Fall apart tender is what you get when you cook Cubed Steaks in the Crock Pot! Serve with a side of green beans and mashed potatoes.
Wednesday – Cooking everything on one pan in the oven is not only easy but makes clean-up a breeze. Try Mediterranean Cod Sheet Pan Dinner from 5 Minutes for Mom for a simple, quick, dish.
Thursday – Crock Pot Chili Mac is comfort food at it’s finest. Since the Crock Pot does most of the work you get cooking with ease that is satisfying to the whole family. What could be better? Serve with Cornbread
Saturday – Plan to eat out
Sunday – Pull out the grill for one more end of the season dinner. Grill up some burgers with fresh corn on the cob. Add a side of cherry or grape tomatoes drizzled with olive oil and basil.
