Million Dollar Crock Pot Mashed Potatoes

These creamy, and buttery Million Dollar Mashed Potatoes recipe is perfect for making any occasion extra special. Whether it’s  Thanksgiving, Christmas, or a weeknight family meal.

INGREDIENTS

Russet Potatoes Chicken Broth Butter Cream Cheese  Whole Milk Sea Salt Ground Black Pepper Minced Parsley

Peel the potatoes and remove any dark spots and "eyes". Cut the potatoes into evenly sized chunks. As you peel and cut the potatoes soak them in cold water until your ready to cook  them, so they don't turn brown.

DIRECTIONS

Add potatoes, chicken broth, and ½ cup butter to an 8-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours, until potatoes are fork-tender. Carefully drain potatoes and return to the slow cooker; set to "warm."

Mash potatoes using a masher or stick blender until smooth. Add cream cheese, remaining butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with parsley, and enjoy.

You can also cook the potatoes on the stovetop. This effortless recipe is a luxurious side dish perfect for special occasions and holidays.
