Copycat Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce

INGREDIENTS

Unsalted Butter All-Purpose Flour Minced Garlic  Heavy Cream Parmesan Cheese Romano Cheese fettuccine noodles Minced Parsley

– Prepare  the Funfetti Cake & Cupcake mix as directed on the package adding  the ½ teaspoon to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. – Fill cupcake papers ¾ full.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant, being careful not to brown the garlic for the best rich, savory Alfredo flavor.

Whisk the flour into the melted butter and garlic, stirring constantly to create a smooth roux. Slowly pour in the heavy cream, whisking continuously until the sauce begins thickening.

Stir in the Parmesan and Romano cheeses until fully melted. Continue stirring until the sauce becomes smooth, creamy, and rich, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

STIR
