Chili Lime Grilled Pineapple Slices

Chili Lime Grilled Pineapple slices are a tropical delight served with grilled chicken or fish. The sweet and spicy flavors from the glaze makes each bite a delight.

INGREDIENTS

Fresh Pineapple Honey  Chili Powder  Key Lime Juice

Peel, core, and slice a large pineapple into even rounds. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet or large plate while preparing the sweet and spicy glaze.

SLICE

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, chili powder, and Key lime juice until smooth. Brush both sides of each pineapple slice generously with the glaze.

GLAZE

Preheat the grill until very hot. Place pineapple slices directly on the grates and cook about 5 minutes per side, or until dark grill marks appear.

COOK

Remove the grilled pineapple to a plate or baking sheet. Serve warm as a side dish, dessert, or tropical topping for grilled meats and chicken.
