Apple Cinnamon Bacon Breakfast Casserole

Apple Cinnamon Bacon Breakfast Casserole recipe is a great way to slow down and treat yourself special on the weekends or to celebrate a special occasion like Mother's Day.

Brioche Bread | Apples Dark Brown Sugar McCormick Apple Cinnamon Seasoning Eggs | Whipping Cream Vanilla Extract | Cooked Bacon


Slice the Brioche bread into cubes and set aside. Dice the apples and toss the apples well with the lemon juice to prevent browning. Add one tsp. of the McCormick Apple Cinnamon seasoning along with the brown sugar to the bowl of diced apples and toss well. Set aside.

In a medium bowl whisk the eggs, whipping cream, vanilla extract, and one tsp. of McCormick Apple Cinnamon seasoning. Arrange half of the cubed bread in the bottom of a 9 x 11 baking pan. Spread half the cubed apples over the top of the bread. Sprinkle half the diced bacon over the apple pieces.

Pour half of the egg mixture over the ingredients in the baking pan and  sprinkle ½ teaspoon of McCormick Apple Cinnamon seasoning over the top. Repeat the layers. Sprinkle the remaining ½ tsp. of McCormick Apple Cinnamon seasoning over the top of the casserole.

Let sit for 10 minutes.  Bake at 375°F for 35 to 45 minutes or until the custard has set.Remove the breakfast casserole from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature before serving.
