How To Make  Rich & Creamy  Alfredo Sauce with  Half & Half

Rich & creamy homemade alfredo sauce made with half and half is easy to make.  All you need are 6 ingredients and some pasta to serve it over.


4 TBS of unsalted butter 3 TBS of all-purpose flour 1 tsp ground black pepper ½ to 1 tsp of salt 2 cups half and half 1 cup finely grated fresh Parmesan cheese  8 oz. cooked fettuccine

There is nothing mysterious about making bread! Practice makes perfect so bake, bake, bake!

Cook the pasta and drain. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour, salt and pepper.

Whisk until lump free. Bring to a boil. Continue whisking until thickened.

Add the half and half to the saucepan while whisking.

Bring to a boil. Whisking until thickened. Remove from heat.

Whisk the Parmesan cheese in.  Whisk until melted.

Add some fresh parsley

Pour the Alfredo sauce over the pasta.

Serve with some crispy bread.
