It’s been a while since I have shared any gluten free news and even though I do not follow a gluten free diet nor does anyone in my family I do have a few friends who have their children on a gluten free diet. Udi’s Fall Flavors
Udi’s now has Pumpkin Muffins and Soft & Chewy Ginger Cookies. Two flavors that for me are all about Fall. It just wouldn’t be fall if I couldn’t enjoy pumpkin muffins and now if you are following a gluten free diet you can too.
The Pumpkin Muffins are dense, moist and packed full of real pumpkin seeds! They taste great. The Ginger Cookies are thick and chewy just like ginger cookies should be. These are seasonal flavors so stock up on them and tuck them in the freezer so you can enjoy them all winter long.

The ginger cookies would also make a great pie or cheesecake crust. A few years ago I found a cheesecake recipe that had a ginger cookie crust. I made it for Thanksgiving that year but I made the non gluten free ginger cookies from scratch.
