- 8 large or 12 small mint leaves
- 1/4 of a lime cut into wedges
- 1 oz Bacardi Light Rum
- 3 oz sweet cherry simple syrup
- chilled club soda
- Using a muddler muddle the mint and lime wedges in a tall glass.
- Fill glass with ice.
- Add 1 oz Bacardi light rum, 3 oz cherry simple syrup and top off the glass with chilled club soda.
- Stir to combine and garnish with a wedge of lime and mint leaves
