Shredded Beef Nachos Recipe

  1. In a nine inch, oven safe skillet or baking pan spread a layer of tortilla chips.
  2. Spread half the shredded beef, the desired amount of jalapenos, 1/8th cup of the salsa and 1/2 cup of cheese over the chips.
  3. Repeat the layer beginning with the chips again and ending with 1 cup of shredded cheese
  4. Bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Top each serving with sour cream, your favorite salsa or homemade tomatillo salsa.
