Pineapple Mango Smoothie

Start the morning with a naturally sweet Pineapple and Mango Smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla or plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar (optional, I didn’t use any)

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until thick and creamy.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
  3. Makes one serving.
