It is countdown time to turkey day. Are you ready? Nope me neither. I do have a 27 lb turkey thawing in the fridge though.
Yep, I said 27 lb! I have never bought a turkey this big before. Wish me luck. I have a few Instant Pot side dish recipes I will be making.

November Weekly Meal Plan Week 3
Monday - Sausage, Cabbage, and Potato Soup from Sassy Townhouse Living is a great recipe to warm you up when the weather is cold.
Tuesday - Baked Ziti One Pan Pasta from A Simple Pantry is a one-skillet wonder when you need to get things prepped fast. It’s great as a stand-alone dish, but you can serve with some buttered toast points on the side.
Wednesday - Busy prepping for the holiday tomorrow? Why not do a simple baked potato bar for dinner tonight. Clean and wrap potatoes in foil, place in your crockpot, cook on high for 4-6 hours or prep in the morning and cook all day on low. For the toppings, chop some deli ham, add some leftover veggies from the fridge, and of course, butter, sour cream, and whatever shredded cheese you have on-hand.
Thursday - You can find out what my Thanksgiving Day Menu looks like and learn how I make a turkey. For this week’s guide, I’ll include the basics, but you should prepare a menu that works for your family. Turkey with mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, and baked sweet potato casserole.
Friday - Plan to eat out
Saturday - Got a busy day planned? Why not use a store-bought rotisserie chicken for dinner? While your there you can usually get some sides to go with it at the store deli, or heat up some after the holiday leftover sides.
Sunday - Leftover Turkey Crock Pot Three Bean Soup is a perfect way to use up that leftover Thanksgiving day turkey. Have leftover Candied Sweet Potatoes? Make this Sweet Potato Bread for dessert this Sunday holiday weekend.
