McCormick Skillet Sauce makes dinner time easy. For those days when I don’t have a lot of time to cook dinner but still want to make a decent homemade meal for my family I love having something on hand that makes getting dinner on the table easy and doesn’t call for a lot of ingredients.
The new McCormick Skillet Sauce is available at Walmart and comes in 7 different varieties.
I found it on an endcap near the canned tomatoes. I picked up the Chicken Fajita with Roasted Chili, Garlic and Lime & the BBQ Chicken Skillet Sauce to try out.
Each McCormick Skillet Sauce only requires a few ingredients to get an easy and delicious meal on the table. Each package of Chicken Fajita Skillet Sauce only needs 1 pound of boneless chicken, tortillas, onions and peppers along with any optional toppings you like on your fajitas. Half of my family will not eat onions or peppers so I left them out, making the Chicken Fajitas even faster to make. I also made 2 Chicken Fajita Skillet Sauce packages because I have a larger family and we all love chicken fajitas. Each package and ingredients will make 8 chicken fajitas.
I thinly sliced the boneless chicken breasts and sauteed them in a skillet with a little olive oil until the chicken was cooked through. Then I added the McCormick Chicken Fajita Skillet Sauce. From there it is only a matter of heating the sauce and chicken thoroughly before serving.
My family loved it and I can’t wait to try the McCormick BBQ Chicken Skillet Sauce variety.
