- 2 lbs browned and drained ground beef
- 2 packages Chili-O chili seasoning
- 1–28 oz can peeled whole tomatoes or diced tomatoes
- 2–15 oz cans dark kidney beans
- 1–15 oz can of water
- Place all the ingredients into a 6-quart crock pot and stir well.
- Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over a bed of white rice if desired.
