- 1 box Fleischmann’s Simply Homemade Banana Muffin and Bread Mix
- 2/3 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 water
- 1 cup roughly chopped fresh cranberries
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin tin with muffin papers.
- In a large bowl with a wooden spoon mix the first 5 ingredients well.
- Fold the cranberries in.
- Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool on a rack.
