– Prepare the Funfetti Cake & Cupcake mix as directed on the package adding the ½ teaspoon to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
– Fill cupcake papers ¾ full.
Using the sauté setting, brown the Brats on all sides in melted butter and remove to a bowl. Sauté the sliced bell peppers, sliced onion, salt, and ground pepper for about 3 minutes. Turn off the sauté setting.
