Spinach Ravioli with Easy Garden Vegetable Sauce

This Spinach Ravioli with Garden Vegetable Sauce recipe is a perfect  back to school meal solution for those nights when time is short and you need to feed your family fast.

INGREDIENTS

Jar of Pasta Sauce Yellow and Green Squash Green Bell Pepper Onion | Garlic Clove Italian Seasoning Fresh Basil Spinach Ravioli

Cube the fresh vegetables, and garlic and put them into a large sauce pan. Pour the pasta sauce into the sauce pan over the vegetables. Add the herbs and spices to the pot.

DIRECTIONS

Heat the sauce on medium high and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat and simmer 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

While the sauce is simmering cook the frozen ravioli following the manufacturers directions. Drain the cooked ravioli and place the ravioli on a platter or dinner plate.

Carefully pour the hot garden vegetable sauce over each serving. Serve with a salad and some crusty French bread.
