I had a chance to sample Arbor Mist Frozen Wine Cocktails.

They come in three flavors.

Blackberry Merlot

Strawberry White Zinfandel

White Pear Pinot Grigio

It’s a simple concept. The frozen wine cocktails come in a pouch. You put the pouch in the freezer for a couple of hours. When your ready for a drink  take it out of the freezer let it thaw for about fifteen minutes, squeeze the pouch to break up the frozen wine and turn it into a frozen wine slushy.

Here in Florida where it is hot about 8 months out of the year we enjoy frozen cocktails often.

Arbor Mist frozen wine cocktails are the perfect wine drink to cool off with.

They would be great at the beach, poolside or for a backyard Labor Day bbq.

I did a little taste test of all three flavors.

I’m not a big drinker but I occasionally have a glass of Arbor Mist Blackberry Merlot with my adult daughter and her friends. When I do enjoy a cocktail it has to taste good to me that’s why I enjoy the Blackberry Merlot. It tastes good.

That’s why I enjoyed these Arbor Mist frozen wine cocktails so much. They were cold and refreshing  wine flavor that was not over powering with a hit of a sweet fruit flavor.

Since I already enjoy the Blackberry Merlot wine I expected the Blackberry Merlot frozen wine cocktail to be my favorite.

So I was very surprised that it wasn’t my favorite of the three flavors.

All three flavors were very good. But my favorite of the three was the Pinot Grigio White Pear.

I will be enjoying a frosty glass of the White Pear today at our backyard Labor Day BBQ.
